CHILDREN'S PROGRAMSThe Play Lady's programs for children and families are based on children's traditional games - the kinds of games that were played by parents, aunties, uncles and grandparents when they were children, and are still being played by children today. A common interest in the games creates a link between different generations, so adults and children can play together and share their childhood experiences with each other. These traditional games are played by children in many countries and cultures, so people of different cultural backgrounds will usually find games and playthings they can identify from their own childhood. They can share their games with each other and with The Play Lady, who is always ready to learn a new way of playing or to show someone a new game. One of the aims of these programs is to bring people together through play. The programs are developed after discussion, with consideration for any special requirements.
